go to the local store and apply, the manager will get your application in their hands quicker that way. you will have an opportunity to make a great first impression that someone using an on-line application does not have the chance to do.

Blockbuster accepts online applications. Before they can interview you, you must pass a pre-screening. The application will ask you several questions, and based on the results, will forward you to the stores in your area.
