How to apply pencil eyeliner?

its a black eyeliner not liquid thingy. i hav no idea how to apply it cuz im new at this...im only 12 lol, so please explain, thanks, oh and what else do i need to do to get a good look for a 12 year old?How to apply pencil eyeliner?
start at the corner of the waterline.


then go left to right very gently .


don't put toooo toooo much or else you'll just look trashy !


just use eyeline : too young for lots of makeup

steps:


-pull the corners of your eye and squint your eyes.


-start at the inside corner of your eyes and gently create a thin line


- use your finger to smudge out excess pencil
Start at the outside corner of your eye and draw a neat line across to where your eyelashes end on the inside of your eye. Smudge the line a bit so it doesn't look to harsh. If you want you can apply some mascara to you top lashes. But black is kind of a harsh color... try brown pencil eyeliner and black mascara so you don't look like you have on too much makeup.
Ok maybe if your new at this, try mascara and liquid eye liner. pencils can make a mess. just some advice: dont over do it. Good luck!

Stand comfortably in-front of a mirror in a bright light or day light. Make sure you have clean fingers! Carefully with 1 finger push the skin under you eye down to the floor. This should revel a line above you bottom eyelashes, this is where you gently apply the pencil eyeliner running from the outer corner of you eye into the inner several times. Repeat this on you other eye.





You could apply a bit of mascara to you upper lashes to add more emphasize, but don't overdo it

Black eyeliner at 12? Aren't you a bit too young for that? O.o Things sure have changed since I was growing up. LOL. To apply eyeliner you start with your top lid at the inside corner, just above/at your lash line. Draw a straight, solid line from there to the outer corner of your eye. Be careful not to poke yourself in the eye or get any of it in your eye. Next start at the inside corner of your bottom lash, just under/at your lash line and draw a straight solid line to the outer corner of your lid, meeting the top line.
make sure u're standing in bright light..then gently apply the liner starting from the outer corner to the inner corner...after a few tries, u'll be a pro...and use liquid eyeliner on ur eyelid..and try brown or grey mascara to ur top eye lashes for a nice look...a little pink smudged onto ur eyelid would look awesome.....
.i love eyeliner pencils. just close one eye and swipe the pencil on ur eyelash line .make sure its thin but not to thin that u cnt see it.and for ur bottom eye try swipe eyeliner rite above ur lash line and u shood try sum black mascara.lash blast by cover girl its in a orange container is great it makes ur eyes pop and u will still look ur age. also go to a make up website like lancome and look for a video on their website on applying eyeliner.just try not to cake ur make up or you will lokk odd w/out it
