MY 13 year old son has the dryest skin EVER, since winter his skin is just like sandpaper. His dry skin is everywhere on his body, and I got him Nivea body lotion for dry skin, and I said he MUST apply it on his body after his baths and showers.
I do his back because its hard for him to get the lotion on there, he does the rest. I Felt the bottle of lotion a couple days later and its still full besides when I do his back.
I do not even think he is using the lotion, I tried bribing him, did not work, and I applied lotion MYSELF on his body head to toe once to tell him a message that if he does not do it himself, I will.
I still do not know for sure for what I am supposed to do.

They GIVE....not take....and they don't get involved in the political climate of wherever they live.
I would bet they find the country with the least taxes...more bang for the buck....and then live between them....depending on the best deal....at any given moment. Probably best to have a spouse and children who are citizens from everywhere so you never have to abide by any rules .... completely.

Firstly, do not touch your face! Your hands spread the grot around your face. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser, do not use a scrub as this will aggrivate the condition.
As for make up, a little mascara and natural lippy would look good.

My husband has very oily skin with alot of acne so I bought some OXY triple action medicated acne pads %26amp; it is working. He even said it feels better after he uses it. Several times a day is best %26amp; especially when it's bedtime.
As for makeup - using nothing is best for your complexion.

start by icing or using a really cold rag to make any redness from acne go down.
then use a tinted moisturizer.
then use just the tiniest bit of concealer on the really big pimples.

fill in your brows with a pencil or powder(only a little, just to define the shape) with a smudger.
one shade darker than you skin eyeshadow(a little sparkly) from lash to crease.
two coats brown/black mascara.
one shade darker than your lips shiny lipgloss.

I believe make-up should be applied differently for different occassions..By day you should look natural so maybe a very pale lipstick (not gloss) and a light mascara and light blush..If going out of a night, then a mauve, lilac or pink eye shadow, darker mascara and a rustic colour lipstick or lip gloss, a natural foundation and a light rustic blush...I don't know what ance is but if it's acne then I have found that Mary Kays mask 3 and cleanser 3 is the best for clearing it up but remember when first using it (the first few weeks) it might get a bit worse because it brings them out then cleans them out..I hope this has helped you...
It's best not to wear any type of foundation when you have bad acne break outs, especially if you don't wash your face at the end of the night. I was breaking out into some pretty bad acne patches on both of my cheeks and it drove me crazy. I finally discovered Proactive, which was recomended to me by another acne prone family member. It won't give you results right away like it shows in the commercial, I started seeing much better results after 3 months of use. And they only improved after 6 months. I have now been using it faithfully for about 8 months now, and I don't have any break outs anymore, just a pimple here and there. I have found that the best product out of everything you get is the sulfur mask. Use it 2-3 times a week, and before you go to bed dab a spot of it on all your really bad pimples and let it stay on while you sleep. When you wake up in the morning wipe the spots off and wash your face with the face wash and they should be greatly diminished. Also drink lots of water that helps the healing process. I use Aveeno Ultra Calming Moisterizer, takes the redness out of my face and isn't too greasy. Proactive also has a foundation and powder that has acne meds in it, so it gets rid of pimples while you wear it. I tried it, and didn't like it (dried my face out too bad), but maybe it will work for you. Also, through research I have found that you should watch your milk intake.. it is full of hormones, and that is the last thing we need more of as women. Take 50 mg of Zinc Daily, that helps keep your skin healthy! I know 8 months is a bit of time to wait to get the results you want, but it is better that than lots of acne for 8 months. Good Luck!

So generally, about five-seven.
When you should start applying depends on your age. I would have my SAT scores and any AP exam scores back before submitting. I think most people submit around the end of junior year and beginning of senior year.
But due dates are different for a lot of colleges so a good thing to do would be too pick some you like and some you have a pretty good chance of getting into (be brutally honest to yourself) and then find out about due dates and requirements ASAP. It's always good not to wait until the last minute so start getting those applications filled out pretty soon after you've chosen some colleges and then mail them!

hmm well how old are you? I'm assuming you're a junior? since a senior would have already started this process.
generally people apply to 1- 2colleges early action and then 5-7 colleges regular decision but its really up to you. I had a list of 12 but ended up getting in early decision to my number one.
I think that you should start getting an idea together in your head of what you want in a college and maybe buy a few books (princeton review/college prowler type deal) to read about what schools offer. You can also go on collegeboard.com and take a quiz to see what you're looking for in a school.
From there you'll go on some college visits over the summer and then begin the application process then too, looking on the college website for their applications and signing up for their mailing lists (you'll get TONS of mail)
Finally once you finish all your essays and Sat's and such, send everything in and get some good teacher recommendations(maybe ask them beforehand like the end of junior year) and you should be set.

my school counselors say you should apply to 8-12 depending on how much you're willing to spend (it costs like $50-65 per application)
since you're only a sophomore you don't really have to worry about this stuff yet
these are your priorities for each year
fresh- just worry about getting good grades
soph- get good grades, take the PSAT, study for the SAT/ACT over the summer
junior-good grades again, take SAT or ACT and SAT II if needed, start thinking about colleges you want to apply to and visit them
summer after junior year write your college application essays and finalize your list of schools to apply to
senior- retake SAT/ACT if needed, fill out applications, get teacher recommendations if needed, get good grades for the first semester and you're good to go!
well, i'm not sure when applications are due %26amp; i think the due dates are different for every college, but i'm sure the earlier the better!
you should always aplly to a ';safety'; college, one you're sure you're going to get into. then i'd apply for abour 5-6 more:)

generally people apply to 1- 2colleges early action and then 5-7 colleges regular decision but its really up to you. I had a list of 12 but ended up getting in early decision to my number one.
I think that you should start getting an idea together in your head of what you want in a college and maybe buy a few books (princeton review/college prowler type deal) to read about what schools offer. You can also go on collegeboard.com and take a quiz to see what you're looking for in a school.
From there you'll go on some college visits over the summer and then begin the application process then too, looking on the college website for their applications and signing up for their mailing lists (you'll get TONS of mail)
Finally once you finish all your essays and Sat's and such, send everything in and get some good teacher recommendations(maybe ask them beforehand like the end of junior year) and you should be set.

I'm a senior right now and I'm applying to 9 schools
my school counselors say you should apply to 8-12 depending on how much you're willing to spend (it costs like $50-65 per application)
since you're only a sophomore you don't really have to worry about this stuff yet
these are your priorities for each year
fresh- just worry about getting good grades
soph- get good grades, take the PSAT, study for the SAT/ACT over the summer
junior-good grades again, take SAT or ACT and SAT II if needed, start thinking about colleges you want to apply to and visit them
summer after junior year write your college application essays and finalize your list of schools to apply to
senior- retake SAT/ACT if needed, fill out applications, get teacher recommendations if needed, get good grades for the first semester and you're good to go!
well, i'm not sure when applications are due %26amp; i think the due dates are different for every college, but i'm sure the earlier the better!
you should always aplly to a ';safety'; college, one you're sure you're going to get into. then i'd apply for abour 5-6 more:)

Oh my - let me tell you - I started using Bare Escentuals in January and have almost the entire collection now! I LOVE IT! You can start out with the starter kit, you get two foundations - you usually have to mix them a bit to get the right color - its so simple! You get Warmth - which looks dark but it isn't - it just adds a natural sunlight look to you. You get Mineral Veil - it perfects your look and gives you that smooth finish : )
You get three brushes - the brushes are unlike any other - don't try any imitations - the B.E. brushes are wonderful! You usually get a starter DVD also - you will watch it the first couple times you put it on - I remember I panicked and thought Id never remember the order to put it on : )
I put mine on a little heavier than the DVD suggests - it works well for me.
They are on QVC all the time, so check QVC for great deals : )
I have almost all of my friends and co-workers wearing B.E. now - we are addicted : )
I think my favorite would be the Well Rested for your eyes - no matter how tired you are - you put that around your eyes and you look...well...well rested!
Oh - and the Bisque - it covers trouble spots - liver spots - blemishes - dark circles and other things : )
It DOESN'T come off when you sweat - its safe to sleep in!

If you want you can apply some mascara to you top lashes. But black is kind of a harsh color... try brown pencil eyeliner and black mascara so you don't look like you have on too much makeup.
Ok maybe if your new at this, try mascara and liquid eye liner. pencils can make a mess. just some advice: dont over do it. Good luck!

Repeat this on you other eye.
You could apply a bit of mascara to you upper lashes to add more emphasize, but don't overdo it

Next start at the inside corner of your bottom lash, just under/at your lash line and draw a straight solid line to the outer corner of your lid, meeting the top line.
make sure u're standing in bright light..then gently apply the liner starting from the outer corner to the inner corner...after a few tries, u'll be a pro...and use liquid eyeliner on ur eyelid..and try brown or grey mascara to ur top eye lashes for a nice look...a little pink smudged onto ur eyelid would look awesome.....

I do know of a few good books that you could probably sign out of your local library and then decide if you like it enough to purchase.
The first book is ';Make Up Makeovers'; by Robert Jones....this book actually shows you illustrations of where to put each shade of shadow for every shape of eye. I literally sit with this book open on my vanity and try to copy the shadow placement while doing my make up. A huge bonus to owning the book rather than using a website, in my opinion. And, if I do say so myself, I get good results from my practise and efforts and compliments on my make up from others.
The second book I really like is ';Plastic Surgery without the Surgery'; by Eve Pearl. She's an Emmy Award winning artist and shows more than just face make up. She also demonstrates covering body flaws, tattoos etc. I believe she has a few video demos on You tube...check it out.
I can tell you from experience and after having taken a professional make up course myself to be a make up artist, all I can say is practise, practise, practise and blend, blend, blend!

I do know of a few good books that you could probably sign out of your local library and then decide if you like it enough to purchase.
The first book is ';Make Up Makeovers'; by Robert Jones....this book actually shows you illustrations of where to put each shade of shadow for every shape of eye. I literally sit with this book open on my vanity and try to copy the shadow placement while doing my make up. A huge bonus to owning the book rather than using a website, in my opinion. And, if I do say so myself, I get good results from my practise and efforts and compliments on my make up from others.
The second book I really like is ';Plastic Surgery without the Surgery'; by Eve Pearl. She's an Emmy Award winning artist and shows more than just face make up. She also demonstrates covering body flaws, tattoos etc. I believe she has a few video demos on You tube...check it out.
I can tell you from experience and after having taken a professional make up course myself to be a make up artist, all I can say is practise, practise, practise and blend, blend, blend!

i use maybelline four color eye shadow and on the back it explains how to. the lightest color is for your brow bone (highest point between eyebrow and eye lash). the lid would be the second lightest. the crease would be the third lightest and the outer corner of your eye should be the darkest color. sorry, if this is hard to understand, but if you look at the maybelline ones at the store (drugstores/walmart/target) you will see what i mean. they look great when apply right. i always get compliments on my eye makeup. if you have brown eyes use purples/greens and if blue use copper/browns to bring out your eye color. good luck. hope i helped.

go with the light pink and just use the bush thingy and rubb it around in the eye shaddow but not to hard or it going to be drak then close one eye and use the bush to put it on ur eye lid
well, lightly sweep it on your eye lid and if one of the browns are pretty dark or atleast a little darker then after you take the lighter one on the lid of your eye (the part that covers your eye ball) then take the darker one and apply it to the outside corner of your eyes to make a smokier look. if the pink is light then you can apply it thickly on your eyelid and lightly underneath your brow until it meets your lid.
Just take an eye shadow brush and dust it into the powder, tap the brush on the side of your hand.
Close one lid and aply. Close the othe rlid and aply.
For better results aply a thin layer of vaselien on each eyelid before applyign eyeshadow.

Just use the little foam applicator and start from your inside corner moving out. Remember to start towards your lashes, not higher. Apply lightly. You can always use more, and can always go higher towards your brow, but it's harder to take it off then apply it.
I recommend using mascara if you're going to use eyeshadow. Choose the color closest to your natural lash color if you want it to look natural, it just gives the shadow a more finished look.

Get your EMT and start on your paramedic.
Start looking at schools for an AS/BS in Fire Tech/Science
when you are old enough (18+) attend a Firefighter-1 academy
Then start testing your brains out at every paid department in your state.

every morning this is what i do:
put on liquid makeup (max factor color genius). i pretty much put it all over my face.
cover it with cover girl powder.
am i suppost to be using moisturizer?
i have mildly-oily skin.
although, i just used my max factor liquid foundation for the first time, and my skin looks like it has little flakes on it. how do i cover this?

my liquid foundation with a sponge
it js spreads the foundation out more

im using maybelline mineral power powder
foundation right now %26amp;%26amp; its REALLY good soo

You should moisturize. Before putting on the foundation let you moisturizer sink in for about 5 minutes. It really is an important step as it'll help your makeup go on much smoother. It'll prevent those flakes from appearing
When my skin gets very oily throughout the day, i just blot using those oil absorbing sheets, so you might want to buy some :) they're really cheap
Yes! you should moisturise, even oily skin needs moisturiser, just use something quite light and if you want your makeup to last all day you should you a primer too, most brands make one now.
Wether you use a spnge or your fingers is really personal prefrence.
you SHOULD moisturize your face before putting on foundation
i think that keeps it from flaking and helps it last longer
or use less........... or change your brand
