Gennerally they look for teenager 16+, if you are younger than 18


you probably wont work alot of closing shifts or floorset because you


may get asked to re-count the money and you HAVE to be 18+


to do that.





Nothing is really difficult about working at American Eagle. Ive worked


there for years and the only thing difficult is getting people to sign


up for credit cards. American Eagle Management is really big


on getting credit cards and if you dont get people to sign up you


wont get alot of hours.





As far as disscounts - 40% regular, 20% sales stuff and you also get


20% regular items at AERIE stores aswell.





During the interview you usually get asked about yourself, things you


like to do, why you shop at AE, if you have any other experience or jobs they will ask you about that too. More than likely you will have


a group interview and I suggest you be interact with the other people
