The best approach is to spray it on.
You'll want a pneumatic sprayer... not an electric. Electric sprayers will not atomize the finish as well as a pnuematic gun. HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) is one way to achieve this, and usually does not require an air compressor, the unit is self-contained. Other finish guns will run off of 90psi air provided by an air compressor.

Alot of wood workers don't rub out their finish because they don't really understand it or appreciate the final effects. You don't have to rub out a finish but it will improve the appearance if you do.
Normally, I rub down shellac or varnish between coats (regardless of spraying or brushing). I use a steel wool (rated 000 or finer). This cut down the nibs raised by dust flecks (however small) or peaks caused by uneven drying.
After the last coat, I wait about a month before rubbing it out for finale. You can use sandpaper, steel wool or rubbing compounds. Slicon-carbon sandpaper is best. If you sand without a liquid lubricant, use stearated silicon-carbide sandpaper. If you use a lubricant, then wet/dry silicon-carbide sandpaper is better because of its water resistance. Both types will clog when used on the finish, especially if the finish hasn't totally cured. They just clog less than other types of sandpaper. If you do get little balls on the paper, called ';corns,'; remove then with a dull scraper. These balls will put too deep of a scratch on the finish.
The steel wool is used to create the even, satin, scratch pattern without the risk of corning. I follow the sanding with steel wool, again at least rated 000 or less.
The rubbing compound I use is the same for polishing car finishes. It brings it up to a very nice sheen that really deepens the beauty of the finish.
Finally, I apply a good old floor wax (johnson's has served me well) to get that final finish.
Remember, scratching is what creates a shine on everything. The smaller the scratches become, the higher the sheen. That's why when one moves from 100 grit to 220 the shine gets brighter. It's because the scratches become finer. You'll often hear discussions about ';scratching'; terms when talking about finishes. Then steel wool and rubbing polishes create ever smaller scratches until it's a high shine.
I believe everyone should invest in a good book that covers all aspects of wood finishes. For me personally, my finished work improved by leaps and bounds, merely by following some simple facts, and understanding how certain things react.

First, get a good adhesive glue (Duo is a glue available at Walgreens, online, and other drugstores). When you get your lashes, measure them against your natural lashes and trim off any extra length. I then used a toothpick to apply a thin line along the base of the lashes (I feel it gives me more control than using it directly from the tube, but that's an option too!). Wait for about 30 seconds so the glue becomes a bit tacky, working the lashes to make them a little more loose. Then apply them. Line them up correctly, and as close to the natural lash line as possible, placing it in the center, working from the middle out to the edge of the lashline.
It may take a few tries to get it right - good luck, I hope this helps.

How does the domino theory apply to the Vietnam War?
~Dwight Eisenhower's Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles, came up with the name and helped formulate the policy of 'brinksmanship' (per Dulles, ';The ability to get to the verge without getting into the war is the necessary art.';) Vietnam is but one of the places Dulles and his brother got to play dominoes.
During the Eisenhower years, it became vogue to label anything and anyone that was not pro-American to be either despotic, tyrannical, communist or, most frequently, all of the above. Dulles believed, and said more than once, ';neutrality has increasingly become an obsolete and, except under very exceptional circumstances, it is an immoral and shortsighted conception.'; Thus, anyone not with us was against us.
Before Pearl Harbor, FDR supported a nationalist Vietnamese freedom fighter named Ho Chi Mihn and his nationist partisan guerrilla force, the Viet Mihn, with money, equipment, supplies, arms, intelligence and 'advisors' in their struggle for Independence against the Vichy French and Japanese. That support was one of the provocations and violations of US claimed and feigned neutrality that led the Japanese to believe they had no recourse but to try to take out the US military presence in the Pacific by attacking Pearl. Support for Ho and company continued when the US officially became involved in the war. However, at Yalta and Potsdam, FDR sold out the Vietnamese people by agreeing with Churchill and Stalin that after the war, Vietnam would be partitioned into North and South with the UK occupying the South and Nationalist China occupying the North. Mao defeated the Nationalist Chinese, taking them out of the equation, then aided the North. France wanted her Indochina Empire back. The UK was having enough trouble in the British Mandate of Palestine and in 1946, with the blessings of HST and the US, gave it to them. That second sell-out of the independence movement in Vietnam served to enhance the popularity of Ho increased the ranks of the Viet Mihn. To be sure, many Viet Mihn were communists. Many others were not. They were nationalists who wanted their nation reunified and independent.
The Viet Mihn defeated the French at Dien Bien Phu in 1954. By the Geneva Accords of 1954, free, internationally supervised elections were to be held in 1956 to reunify the country. The French warned Ike to not get involved because the Viet Mihn were a superb guerrilla force that could not be beaten and because the will of the Vietnamese people and their desire for reunification and independence was not going to be suppressed. By this time, Ho was something of a Vietnamese George Washington and he was going to win a fair election in a landslide in the South as well as in the North.
Given the Eisenhower/Dulles philosophy, the will of the Vietnamese people was not going to be heard. Ike got involved. The French warned Ike to avoid Ngo Dihn Diem because he was a corrupt, incompetent madman. Ike ordered CIA to back Diem and get him in power in the South. That was done and Diem went on a killing spree of his political enemies. Ike ordered CIA and the US military to protect him. Ho's popularity mushroomed again, and there was another massive influx into the Viet Mihn from both North and South. When 1956 rolled around, Diem refused to allow the elections, knowing Ho would trounce him at the polls. Ike joined in the refusal. New groups like the Viet Cong and the NLF sprang out in opposition to Diem and his US puppetmasters. The elections were never held.
The US had engendered much good will in Indochina during WWII. It was squandered at Potsdam and Yalta, in 1946, in 1954 and in 1956. The Vietnamese people were now very anti-American and US support of a barbaric tyrant like Diem was gasoline on the fire. The rest is history.
During the Eisenhower years, under the misguided doctrines preached by Dulles and Ike, the CIA made sure dominoes wouldn't fall. They toppled their own dominoes instead. They neglect to tell him that their on estimates project that the invasion will fail without such support or that the Soviets, thus Castro, are aware of the details including times, dates and landing sites. CIA proceeds with the invasion, which is a fiasco.
Meanwhile, Ike and JFK have parked US nuclear missiles in Turkey which are aimed at and within range of Moscow and other prime USSR targets. Khrushchev requests then demands the missiles be removed. Kennedy refuses. Castro and Khrushchev agree to put missiles in Cuba. Then Khrushchev offers to remove them immediately on the promise that the JFK pull his out of Turkey within 6 months and further promises to not invade Cuba and to stop trying to kill Castro.

That support was one of the provocations and violations of US claimed and feigned neutrality that led the Japanese to believe they had no recourse but to try to take out the US military presence in the Pacific by attacking Pearl. Support for Ho and company continued when the US officially became involved in the war. However, at Yalta and Potsdam, FDR sold out the Vietnamese people by agreeing with Churchill and Stalin that after the war, Vietnam would be partitioned into North and South with the UK occupying the South and Nationalist China occupying the North. Mao defeated the Nationalist Chinese, taking them out of the equation, then aided the North. France wanted her Indochina Empire back. The UK was having enough trouble in the British Mandate of Palestine and in 1946, with the blessings of HST and the US, gave it to them. That second sell-out of the independence movement in Vietnam served to enhance the popularity of Ho increased the ranks of the Viet Mihn. To be sure, many Viet Mihn were communists. Many others were not. They were nationalists who wanted their nation reunified and independent.
The Viet Mihn defeated the French at Dien Bien Phu in 1954. By the Geneva Accords of 1954, free, internationally supervised elections were to be held in 1956 to reunify the country. The French warned Ike to not get involved because the Viet Mihn were a superb guerrilla force that could not be beaten and because the will of the Vietnamese people and their desire for reunification and independence was not going to be suppressed. By this time, Ho was something of a Vietnamese George Washington and he was going to win a fair election in a landslide in the South as well as in the North.
Given the Eisenhower/Dulles philosophy, the will of the Vietnamese people was not going to be heard. Ike got involved. The French warned Ike to avoid Ngo Dihn Diem because he was a corrupt, incompetent madman. Ike ordered CIA to back Diem and get him in power in the South. That was done and Diem went on a killing spree of his political enemies. Ike ordered CIA and the US military to protect him. Ho's popularity mushroomed again, and there was another massive influx into the Viet Mihn from both North and South. When 1956 rolled around, Diem refused to allow the elections, knowing Ho would trounce him at the polls. Ike joined in the refusal. New groups like the Viet Cong and the NLF sprang out in opposition to Diem and his US puppetmasters. The elections were never held.
The US had engendered much good will in Indochina during WWII. It was squandered at Potsdam and Yalta, in 1946, in 1954 and in 1956. The Vietnamese people were now very anti-American and US support of a barbaric tyrant like Diem was gasoline on the fire. The rest is history.

I have a friend who attended. You need absolute top grades in rigorous coursework, substantial work experience showing leadership, a graduate degree is good but not required (my friend had a law degree from Yale and UG from Brown), and well-thought extracurricular activities. They accept about 10-15% of mostly well-qualified applicants, so it's often up to the school making a class of diverse experiences. They do have rolling admissions, so you should apply las soon as you can. There are other good MBA programs (I attended Columbia and it was fantastic) and you should look for what fits you, not just b/c it's Harvard.

I'm an MCSE working for a state medical agency. I have laptops that connect to my netwk (which consists of NDS and Win2k AD) periodically. I added the laptops to an OU called laptops. I created a GPO named virusUpdateScan and linked it to the OU. I gave read and apply group policy to users and laptops (to be sure it was applied). I created a script to run the SAV update exe file which is located on the laptops C: drive. I added the logon script (as a .bat file) to the GPO. When the user logs on the ntwk with a laptop the SAV update menu comes up, but unless the user pushes the ';live update'; button it won't update. I need it to auto-update.

You must be a least 18 years of age, the waiting list is about 2 to 4 years long. With no dependent children you'll only qualify for a one bdrm. Once the waiting list gets to your name. Make the apt. You'll then receive a voucher for that size of apartment or house, then you have about 60 days in which to find a place that will accept your voucher, if the owner is willing to rent the unit for that contract rent amount, then maybe, and if that place can pass the inspection. There you go. You'll have your contract rent and your TTP, and your utility allowance, only then will you be able to move into your unit

General philosophy is a watch tower observing human life in its panoramic view about everything in all its essentials while practical philosophy is about immediate experiences on a personal relative level about life. What is your philosophy in life is different from What is Philosophy?
You can't, because that implies that the destination is more important than the journey.
If ';happiness'; is defined objectively as the end result of doing something that does not cause us grief, then yes I suppose that is what it means. Grief is what you do NOT want ';it all to come down to.'; We wish to avoid that.
However, do not subjectively define it as something--ANYTHING--we wish to do in the ';pursuit of happiness.'; Some people are happy stealing.
Yet, sometimes we must do what we think is right but will make us unhappy, such as breaking up a bad marriage, or punishing a child. Using the objective definition, the grief is outweighed by the significance of the act, and we must be ';content,'; not happy, in its significance and its result. The means, here have justified the ends.
When the ends are good but the means are not justified, then even happiness is not the actor's goal. His goal is to be in denial of cause-and-effect, because he knows the means, he knows the ends, and he knows it is immoral to ';pursue happiness'; at any expense.

You will have to start with the major's and fill out an application in their HR office ... be sure to leave a CD with samples of your ';on set'; work. Then start visiting all the production companies and small independent studios.
A strong book is a good start, but you will have to check with your alumni association for people in the biz to actually contact if you want a faster response.

I can't answer your question but you should know that right now they are laying off nurses here in California. I am sure that in a few years things will be different and there will again be a shortage of RNs. Hopefully though (and I don't have anything against immigrants) the US will begin to produce more nurses and we won't need to import them.

Most intersexed people (as far as I know all in all the studies I've ever read) pick a gender. Sometimes it's not the gender their parent picked for them, but they almost always pick a gender. Our definitions of gender are too messed up.
Now, I assume you don't mean the legal but the religious definition of marriage. In which case all I can say is that from my religion's point of view, you are male or female before you come to earth, and your body is corrupted when you are born. In the case of an intersexed person, their spiritual self is still male or female, and in the end God will sort it out.
Even legally, this is a case of an actual documentable provable disability, not something based off of ';I feel'; but something you can prove. So it's got special considerations about it.
Who knows? Under the Christian belief, God makes everyone. Regardless of whether or not homosexuality is a choice, intersex people NEVER made a choice--God made them that way.

Most intersexed people (as far as I know all in all the studies I've ever read) pick a gender. Sometimes it's not the gender their parent picked for them, but they almost always pick a gender. Our definitions of gender are too messed up.
Now, I assume you don't mean the legal but the religious definition of marriage. In which case all I can say is that from my religion's point of view, you are male or female before you come to earth, and your body is corrupted when you are born. In the case of an intersexed person, their spiritual self is still male or female, and in the end God will sort it out.
Even legally, this is a case of an actual documentable provable disability, not something based off of ';I feel'; but something you can prove. So it's got special considerations about it.
Who knows? Under the Christian belief, God makes everyone. Regardless of whether or not homosexuality is a choice, intersex people NEVER made a choice--God made them that way.
I don't know how it applies. Might you get a better answer if you asked this in the Politics, Marriage %26amp; Divorce, or Law %26amp; Ethics sections?

I'm a student with one dependant who is my dad, he's an elder receiving less than 5k from social security, i make less thank 35k a year last year. And the fact that you are DEPENDENT means you could get less.
BUT I do not work in the financial aid office, and I don't know your entire financial situation. The best bet is to go to the college, and make an appt with a financial aid rep. They are REALLY helpful. They could atleast help you estimate or tell you what you might get.
Also APPLY RIGHT NOW. I don't know what the cut off is. If you go to fafsa.gov, it says on there what the cut off is. DO IT RIGHT NOW!!!!! You do it online and it is FREE. :)

It's being calm %26amp; understanding when someone doesn't understand something or do things as well or as quickly as you do. It's not raising your voice or getting angry when things or ideas aren't grasped the way you want them to be. It's harder for me to be patient with adults or co-workers because in my mind, the should ';know better';. It's different with my children because, first, they're ';my'; children, %26amp; 2nd everything is a learning experience when you're young.
