How come immigration rules do not apply to celebrities....?

I mean...lots of celebs come and live in England and then people who actually need asylum are refused.....How come immigration rules do not apply to celebrities....?
No celebrities have been granted asylum there in over 26 years. You're confusing residency with asylum.How come immigration rules do not apply to celebrities....?
MONEY.....they aren't asking for citizenship or jobs or freebies....they are country hopping for vacation resorts. Kind of like Snow Birds who like to live in warmer climents in the winter. Or others who like to head to cooler climents for skiing or hunting. They INVEST in a country and that's all. They GIVE....not take....and they don't get involved in the political climate of wherever they live.





I would bet they find the country with the least taxes...more bang for the buck....and then live between them....depending on the best deal....at any given moment. Probably best to have a spouse and children who are citizens from everywhere so you never have to abide by any rules .... completely.
the fact is,the celebs can afford to pay the taxes and lawyers involved in immigration. here in the U.S.,one famous case years ago is when Nixon tried {unsuccessfully} to throw out John Lennon. believe me,if it were just anybody besides Lennon,with his deep pockets,they would have been tossed. rest in peace John......
