Fast food, newspaper route, babysitting, privatly owned companys. I used to work in a pizza place that had young kids in there all the time.

when i was 15 i had 23 lemonaide stands spanning 3 neighborhoods.
In Illinois, you need at work permit to work if you are under 16. I got mine through my High School's front office.
he should try macdonalds or a fast food restront they dont need much money at that age. oh and some 15 year olds parents own the store so thats how they may get to work at the store or maybe there parents pay them for working with them idk hope i helped!
15 year olds are genarally working as paper boys, bus boys, and fast food places, its a good place to start, once he hits 16 he can go into retail etc.
When I was 14.5 I started working at McDonalds so I would say that would be a starting point...Fast Food!
