Well before you start re-applying again I would advise you contact the German embassy directly and ask them why it was refused.
Unless you know the reason for the rejection and then take steps to solve it (e.g. different documentation) then the chances are that no matter when/how many times you apply, it will be refused again, and that is a waste of time %26amp; money
Contact the embassy, ask them to clarify the reason, and if not clear what they expect to ensure it will be accepted the next time. Then you can ask them at the same time when it is best to re-apply
