How do i apply for a Student Visa when i am already in the U.S. illegaly and wants to go to college?

Ignore the haters. You are only trying to make a better life for yourself.

You do not need to go home. If you apply to college and get accepted, then your acceptance automatically counts as your student visa. You will probably still have to get some paperwork, but they can't kick you out.How do i apply for a Student Visa when i am already in the U.S. illegaly and wants to go to college?
I have been told that if you are in the US illegally, you cannot get a student visa. You can only get from in the country if you are here legally. And it is the school that applies, not you, through their international student office.

The catch is that when you leave the country to apply and the US knows you were here illegally, you will be banned for at least 3 years from applying. Maybe longer. How do i apply for a Student Visa when i am already in the U.S. illegaly and wants to go to college?
Part of the process is that you have to go to the American Embassy in your country in person to get the F-1 visa. How the he!! you are going to do this without returning to your country of origin(as some people are trying to tell you) is beyond me! Being accepted to a University is NOT the same as a visa! The school will NOT let you attend classes without the proper paperwork and part of that is that you are in the system. In order to be in the system you have to enter the country legally!

Go home and apply legally!
If you get an admit or an I-20 from a US school then your status automatically changes to a student visa status. There wont be any problem if you stay in USA as a student.

If you go out of USA then you need to get your passport stamped for F-1 visa. Which might be risky.
Now do you realise what a mess you have gotten yourself into by

entering the US illegally?Despite what some people may advise you about trying to secure admission etc.the best course for you would be to return home and try to come back to the US legally.

However,I wonder what problems you would face when you try to return to your own country.Anyway,Good Luck.
go to your local conselate, and apply there. There might be pressure for you to go back to your homeland, but don't do it there are many ways to get one while still being here (in that case I'd recommend an immigration lawyer)
if you been in the U.S more than three years and graduate from high school , there is some programs that can help you out applying to college. just ask your counselor . Its also depends what state you are in.
Go home. you are illegal. you are breaking the law. you cant apply for a student visa.
Unfortunately, you can't. There is no way you can change your status when you don't have any status. Sorry.
Go home and apply legally.
