You sound VERY young so you dont need, base or concieler, so basically you are using eyeliner, eye shadow and lip sticks.... you take the middle shade on your eyes lid up to the crease, then you take the lightest color and put it like up on your eye brow bone and down to the crease. the you take the DARKEST and put a line by your eye lashes. then put your eye liner on AFTER you have done this.. then put your lips stick on BUT not to darkHow to apply make-up?
Start off with a clean base. Make sure you've exfoliated, cleansed, toned, moisturised etc. Apply your foundation with a make-up sponge/brush. Always apply in downward strokes or else the hairs on your face will stick up. Choose liquid foundation if you have dry skin, and powder if you have oily.
Use loose/translucent powder over the top of that, this will hold the foundation in place and prevent patchiness and smearing. Apply a blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend it in so it looks subtle.
Use an eye primer or concealer/foundation on your eyelids before applying eye-shadow. This gives the shadow something to grab onto. It is also useful to wet your brush so the powder eye-shadow is mixed into a paste, helping it stick onto your eyelid and stand out more, as well as lasting longer. You can apply one colour or you can mix shades, just remember to blend in well with a smudge brush.
Seeing as you know how to do eyeliner, I'll skip that, but that's always the next step. Curl your eyelashes three times on one eye: base, middle and top. Hold it for 5-7 seconds to ensure a real curl. Apply mascara to that eye, going in an upwards sweeping motion with the wand. Repeat on the other eye.
For lips, I usually apply foundation first, but only because my lips are so rosy. Apply a lip-liner. It's okay to go a little outside or inside if you want to correct your lip shape. Apply a lipstick next, and a gloss over the top. And you're all done.
Normal face makeup:
1) Primer
2) Foundation
3) Concealer
4) Powder
5) Blush
6) Bronzer (optional)
Eye makeup.
You can do many things.
Smokey eyes, normal everyday eyeshadow, etc.
You can also apply eyeliner to your upper eyelid.
Look up ';smekey eye'; on Youtube or something like that.
You'll find vids that will show you how.
Make sure to have a blending brush.
well.. heres how i do my makeup
1)moisturize
2)i put concealer on and dab it with a sponge
3) i put foundation on with a sponge
4) i put powder concealer on with a blush brush
5) i put mascara on.. well all you do is brush the mascara on your eyelashes and it helps if you hold a small piece of paper behind your eyes so you dont get mascara on anything but ur eyelashes
6)curl my eyelashes
7)eyeshadow... well heres what i do 4 eyeshadow
1. put primer on my eyelids
2.i put a color on my lid, in the crease, and in the outer corner of my eye
3.the i highlight under my eyebrow
and thats it
concealer- dab it on dark areas and pat it in.
foundation-put four dots of it on your face(fore head, chin, each cheek) blend it in with a downward motion to lay down peach fuzz.
power- big circles all over your face.
blush- make a fish face and apply it from your temple to your grin line
lipliner- start from the center of your top lip and go around.
lipstick- should be a shade lighter than lipliner. blend it in with the lip liner.
lip gloss- dab it on your lips for an extra shine.
mascara- do your bottom lashes first and go from your eyelid out. then do top lashes going inside to out.

its such a good book worth how much it costs really useful tells you all about brushes the routine whats good for your skin whats not how to apply step by step reallyy good trust me!!! i love itt!
With eye shadow dont put to much on it makes you look sluty some times unless its light colored and eye liner just put a lil bit on and then put a lil bit of mascara on to finish it off...hope that helps

If your a righty you put you left hand under your eye
and push down and apply with your right hand
put darker eyeshadow on the eyelid, then put a lighter shade up to your browbone.
