What is ';patience'; for you? How do you apply being patient to the ones you care most in your life?

Remembering an Italian quote:

';la calma 猫 la virt霉 dei forti';

meaning...

';Calmness is the virtue of the strong ones.';What is ';patience'; for you? How do you apply being patient to the ones you care most in your life?
Patience is definitely one of the virtues hardest to master (if we ever do). It's being calm %26amp; understanding when someone doesn't understand something or do things as well or as quickly as you do. It's not raising your voice or getting angry when things or ideas aren't grasped the way you want them to be. It's harder for me to be patient with adults or co-workers because in my mind, the should ';know better';. It's different with my children because, first, they're ';my'; children, %26amp; 2nd everything is a learning experience when you're young. They need their mom to pave the way %26amp; teach them things without being judged or hollered at!What is ';patience'; for you? How do you apply being patient to the ones you care most in your life?
