Just turn up to nearest dental hospital with toothache!
If you don't mind waiting forever and a day and don't mind students mucking about with your teeth and most importantly have an interesting mouth (not just one which needs loads and loads of routine work) you might find they will take you on as a waiting list patient. But be prepared to wait and have loads and loads of time - when we were students we used to take a couple of hours for just one filling.
